Windows Live Mail Question

MModal made me install Windows Live, but I need to uninstall it. Long story, but it was a disaster. When I go into my Add/Remove programs, all I see are: Windows Live Essential, Windows Live ID sign-in Assitant and Windows Live Upload Tool. Do I just remove all those and hope it's okay?
