System slower than ever - tootsie

I have to reboot 2 times a day now. Anyone else? This is ridiculous!

Have you ever cleaned out the temp files? Have you ever done a disk defrag? If not, your computer may be really clogged up.

Information in case you (or someone reading this) doesn't know how:

I use Ccleaner to easily clear out the junk (free version) (piriform.com) You can do it manually, but this is quick and easy.

To defrag: Programs, accessories, system tools, defragmentation. You cannot work or do anything on the computer when running defrag.

Recommend, if you use Ccleaner, run registry checker too. - dnr

When it asks if you want to save a copy of the registry, I always click no. I repeat the registry checker until no more errors are found. This also spends things up a lot.

The techs told me to run disk cleanup from the start menu, but I think we have to select certain files to delete and I am afraid to do that.

When I transcribe, I am on autopilot. My brain hears the transcription and I type it. I am listening to the next words while typing the previous ones. When I edit ASR, it takes more concentration to correct the text. Correcting to what the doctor actually says is far more time consuming for me than straight typing which my hands do almost automatically. I honestly think I type faster than I edit. beyond repair. We let it go on far too long, the abuses. The lawsuit will help, but it is not enough, and it will take too long. Somehow I have gotten this virus on my laptop and when searching for ways to remove it on the internet (on my desktop), all the sites are either extremely comlicated or want you to download things in order to remove it. It's simply unfair that MQ pays me the same same whether I do a normally dictated report, or one that is handicapped. Handicapped reports obviously take much more time to finish.
