NJA admin time - how do we

know for sure that we are being paid our 15 mins of admin time every time NJA happens? I don't see anything itemized out on my paycheck, although according to my time card, it was notated as NJA.

you only get this once per day - no matter how many times you check back

If you are scheduled to work 5 days a week, and worked 10 days out of the 2 week period, and ran out each day, that would be 2-1/2 hours of NJA.

Take your states min. wage amt. x 2.5
($7.00 x 2.5 = $17.50)

On schedulesource, - should show, see message.

Go to timesheets and it states in a line:

Date - location - clock (IN BLUE)

Clock (IN BLUE) should change to ADMIN (IN BLUE) then in that same line for the date, the hours should show 15 minutes or 0.25.

EXAMPLE:
6/5/09 LOCATION *admin* 3:45 AM 4:00 AM 0.00 - - - *0.25*

Your manager needs to change the clock to admin and put in 0.25 minutes

I go to schedulesource and hit clock for the day I have NJA. Under employee notes I state my scheduled hours and ran out of work with ticket number. Check alert box and hit sent which will go to manager for her to fix.

Hope this helps. You will know if manager fixed your timesheet because you will see clock (in blue) change to admin on the days you have NJA. Should get a ticket number too by sending email to support.

everything is notated correctly in schedule source by CCM. The problem is I can't tell if I am actually being paid for the NJA downtime because there is nothing on my paycheck to indicate so. Is the NJA downtime 15 minute pay rolled into my MT/ME paid amount or should it be itemized on its own separate line on the paycheck?

I really thought we had to be on for 15 minutes just so it would show on the clock and we did not get paid for it. I still don't think I have ever been paid for any "down time" due to NJA. I think it's yet another ripoff... Hope I am wrong, though.

I think it depends what state you live in and - who your CCM is. NM

Different Deb here (not Deb0515). I'm on the fence about this course. It would likely help me move from MT (now unemployed) into a medical office job. It has been inconvenient, and maybe a bit confusing at times, to check my time card hours for my shift as, because of my time zone, part of my hours show up on the next day because I work 2nd shift. Ever since they have changed Schedule Source and now it has a display called today's activity with "actuals" hours, this has not matched the hours shown with the time clock punches and is less than the hours according to the clock punch. For those who went full time to part-time with MQ (because you got another job)...how did that work? Did they approve the schedule you wanted, or did they make you take a schedule?
