My scores for this month are no so great - average is 99.4 - we need 99.7- right? Great way to start the week.

I was switched to new work group and am struggling. My other work group had more variety and was more interesting. This group is monotonous and boring, find my mind wandering.

Yet they still want us to work MOT - on PM too

99.5 here for 2 months in a row. Yet the emails keep coming for MOT. Apparently no one at corporate has put 2 and 2 together that making us work more hours does not help us improve our quality and in fact all but guarantees that we will miss a simple word and fail an audit.

Something about the story of the boy who cried wolf too many times sounds familiar here. It is always panic mode, always extremely high backlog, always need all hands on deck. Maybe just maybe it isn't as bad as it seems all the time.

the more they push for extra hours, the worse I am doing. I find that I am having problems with doubled words - didn't used to happen when spell check would catch them, but not that they changed that I am not catching them.
