Either that or they are just that incompetent and can't catch any errors. I'm doing QAing on an account that is half overseas and half in the US and for now the account is 100% QA since it is new. The ILPs have to go through 2 levels of 100% ILP QA before it gets to me and they never have any errors marked. When I go through it, I find upwards of 10 errors on each report, some critical. It's nice to know our pay is going to lazy ILPs.
