DQS still not loading right - PAMT

Now the reports stopped loading again.

My second job keeps changing - ugh

I am typing the first job and the second job keeps appearing, then disappearing, then that one disappears, a new one jumps up, all different numbers.
What in the heck????

That was happening to me too. - I would disappear, then the NJA screen.

It was driving me crazy. I would see a job, it would zap off the screen right in front of my eyes. Then another one would appear. Then that would go, I would send the job I was on, wait for the next one to download, then ZAP -- it would disappear and I would have the NJA screen.

Strange! My CCM had no answer for me, I think she did not believe me or she knows what is going on and does not want to talk about it.

I mean "IT" would disappear. I stayed. - I think I am still here anyway. NM

I have been waiting for about 10 minutes now for DQS to load this one job and it doesn't show another one listed. This has happened before but I usually just wait it out for a few minutes. It has never taken this long so I think I might call support. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks MQers!~ ...

Thought I would try some of you tecchies out there before hasseling with whatever (if any) tech support DocQscribe has. I am trying to download DQS on my spiffy new machine and getting message "write params failed!" Any idea how to fix this? In the meantime it is back to windows XP and my trusty 10-year-old Dell. *sigh*. Thanks so much in advance for your help! ...

I notice some mentioned Verizon down below. Also noticed a post about Comcast a few days ago about having issues. Downloading the reports are too slow this morning. Had issues last night too. Even have issues getting into MQCentral and trying to email support. Also slow getting into MTStars and other websites. The green bar below, when getting on a website, displays almost a full green bar, but seems to get stuck right at the end. Anyone else having issues ...
