Been here for long time. Maybe they are trying to get rid of me. Don't know why. Continuously checking my work would be one reason to think so, but why after all these years is my question. Maybe feel the urge to pick on me, pettiness?? Hopefully I will be long gone soon and will be just dust in the wind :)

I know the feeling. I've been able to tell when they are "hiding" while they watch me type. I purposely will take a break at that time if I can. I haven't been called by my CCM yet, but I'm sure that's just a matter of time as my computer always slow way way down when they are spying. I know, I sound paranoid, but same thing happened to me at another job and they found nothing so made up something to get rid of me. Yeah, I did fight and won! Mmodal better not try that on either of us. Yeah, I'm older and have been doing MT work for many many years. I get the distinct feeling they want us older workers out so they can pull the wool over the younger eyes and pay and treat them the way the do the overseas MTs. I'm going to try to stick it out til I'm old enough to retire, if I survive that long. Hope you will too as nobody seems to want to hire the older experienced worker nowadays.
