Does anyone know the rules for placing an MT on 100% audit. Do you have to fail 2 audits in a row or just 2 audits. I failed in Feb, passed in March and will probably fail in April. The point system is whacked in my opinion, but my opinion doesn't really count. It is probably listed somewhere on MQ Central but I find navigating that system is somewhat like navigating a maze. Unless you know where to find it, it takes forever. I have sent an e-mail to my QC twice, but she hasn't answered yet. Any info would be appreciated before I go to my CCM.
Departments » Human Resources » Policies - at the bottom of the page in the Policies for MT/ME/QA/QC, there is a performance mgmt document. It details what happens when you fail an audit or dont' meet your line count as far as warnings, etc.
That said, it doesn't mention anything about being put back on 100% review. This seems to be an arbitrary decision on the CCMs/QCs part. For example, my CCM said that if you score below a 90%, then you automatically go back on 100% review. However, a friend of mine was placed on 100% review, and her audit score was 92%. That is definitely not fair, especially since going on 100% review will affect your pay rate.
I'm curious to know what you learn from your CCM.
