My issues started Sunday before I upgraded, when the same problems came up, document extremely slow, lost some Command Key functions, tortuous work. After I upgraded, this stopped. But M/T/W the sound quality was bad, terrible on a few jobs but I tolerated it, until Wed when ithat's all I seemed to get, loud old phone-line bad connection clicking, voices trailing off on each word, had a dickens of a time filling in all the blanks, 1 report for 1 hour, the others about 3/4 hour each. What Disturbs me is that there is no recognition of these problems until lots of people have the same problem, hence hours/days of lower production. MQ needs to realize how deeply into our pockets the IT issues go for us. Of course the work at hand is timely and needs to be completed accurately and within TAT for compliance and least not patient care. But these IT glitches seem to get a free pass from the hospital side as well as the employee side. No accountability means no improvement.
I will be leaving for a host of reasons this job I have had for 8 years with MQ. My timing is not yet right, but CBAY/MQ do not deserve such experience, patience, and financial sacrifice from employees.
