I was wondering if anyone has had any problems like this using Express Scribe? It just started Thursday and I don't know why. No new programs or anything changed. BUt I open the voice file and it almost sounds underwater or gurgly...I have to backspace to listen to it over....it isn't the entire recording just parts.
