getting "locked out" of system - needs to know

How can an MT know if they have been "locked out" of a company's transcription system? And ... of course, there is no one available on line or IM to ask what is going on? Any ideas? Give me a clue if I have been cut... need to know

[ In Reply To ..]Being locked out obviously means you are unable to access the area where job access is. If you can't get jobs and normally you can, you're likely locked out.
If you sometimes don't get jobs, I would try signing in at different times and seeing if you get jobs.
Most places now, make it so you can't even get to the point where you'd get jobs though.

[ In Reply To ..]If you can get in to review reports, I would guess there is no work available. When you are locked out, when you try to put in your ID or password or whatever you use, it won't even let you do that. Maybe no one is on to IM because there is no work available.

Usually if there is no work available, it will say "no work available." In this case, this is a totally different screen. If I was not locked out why has no one responded to my E-mail in over an hour and a half?

[ In Reply To ..]it almost sounds like you expected to be locked out. in docqscribe, when you’re looked out, you can't sign in. I know EXText is a bit different. you can still sign in but if work has been diverted away from you don't get anything. why don't you call?

You are all ready to clock in at precisely the scheduled time only to lose internet connection. This has happened to me many times, and by the time I have unplugged and replugged and reset modem, and that doesn't work, so had to get on phone with internet tech support, 30 minutes or more have passed by....then what? Somehow I have gotten this virus on my laptop and when searching for ways to remove it on the internet (on my desktop), all the sites are either extremely comlicated or want you to download things in order to remove it. DocQscribe ASR System. Does It Really Get Better?

My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse. My New Grading System

It's simply unfair that MQ pays me the same same whether I do a normally dictated report, or one that is handicapped. Handicapped reports obviously take much more time to finish. Here's my new grading system for leaving markers. It's how I'm going to grade the documents that are necessary to include blanks in case they are thrown back at me for any reason.
