Well, after a less-than-stellar trial of IT and a bit of a disappointing trial of SmarType, I think I finally found one that works well for me in PC Shorthand. Really easy to make additions, not too obnoxious or distracting on the screen, and, after playing with the settings, no lag in expanding. Ugh!!! I have Word 2002 and 2007. Spend the dayi transferring from my XP PC to my laptop with Vista for a new job. The laptop will no longer install anything from CD. Checked driver and that's fine.
