WebChart --- Is it anything like DocQScribe? - SM

As transcription platforms go, I know we all have our preferences. I really liked DocQScribe (did not work for M*Modal but a small MTSO). Is WebChart similar? Thanks.

opinion. WebChart is okay but there are some drawbacks to going very fast. I do not know what specifically you want to know.

input a bunch of information and switch from one screen to the next. I'm really just hoping for something that I can make lines with and not have to use the mouse all the time...

put in your expanders. At the beginning of a line, you sometimes have to type twice what you want to input like "the patient" on the left margin. It has the "can't think" colored area that follows along with the report. You can't turn it off like we could in DocQScribe. Hope that helps a little.

It sounds like no, but I thought I would ask. You said manually put in expanders... Is it going to be compatible with the expanders I already have in auto correct? Thanks again!

remember there ever being expanders you could import. Maybe shorthand or something like that would work. I never tried that. You should ask and see. Since most of the time I did editing, I didn't need expanders but very few times. Not much typing anymore.

So frustrated right now! I have been using NCH's "FastFox" text expander for years now and I love it! I just got a new job that uses WebChart MD, and when Word opens up in WebChart, all my macros turn into "v." Has anyone else had this experience? Does anyone have luck with a different text expander with WebChart? TIA! ...

My company is switching from straight transcription on DQS to ASR on DQS. I've used DQS for two years and didn't even know they had ASR, but apparently they do. Could any of you with experience on this please give me your opinions of the DQS ASR platform? I'm just not sure I want to go through training if I won't want to stay with this company. My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse.
