What is the current (2012) appropriate rate to charge for medication transcription services, either per line or per minute? ...

Have 4 years experience. Mostly acute care/basic 4. Got a job offer for Radiology using Meditech platform and pay offered is $1 per dictated minute. This is an IC job. Haven't done radiology exclusively before and haven't been paid per dictated minute either. Thoughts? Thanks! ...
