Has anyone gotten a job after posting on Job Wanted Board? - I am curious

I am thinking about posting there, but wondered if anyone had any luck finding a decent job that way.

I've received several this past week but the pay with low or they required a $150 footpedal and the only thing I'll buy for work is a computer.

is to NOT use your real name for many reasons. I just don't understand people who are willing to post it all out there. Use an alias and be honest about what you're looking for and your experience.

It's not like you aren't going to ask to see a resume or, if you decide to hire, that they don't have to produce official documents regarding their ID.

Putting your real name on here just makes no sense in any capacity.

If you read the Jobs Wanted board looking for - potential MTs, what things do you look for?

is there a way to fix the search feature to where you can search for short terms? Right now, it won't let you search for terms like 'QA' or 'MDI' etc. because they're too short. It also limits you to one page of results. The Google search box we used to have worked much better. TIA. ...
