If someone is recieving chemo for two days would you put 99.25 twice or just once?

Why the dislikes? Why no response? - Andrews grads, you would not like to help?

If you can pass judgement on others, maybe you should have answered it yourself.

One reason no one answered is that it looks like a student's question. The answer is in the guidelines.

Well, I did not answer the question because I did not know the answer and I was interested myself in hearing what anybody had to say about it.

In what section of the guidelines is this answer found? I don't recall anything in the guidelines addressing chemo treatment spanning multiple days.

HI all, I have a doc dictating an oncology report (patient has liver cancer) and he says, " I indicated that he could be considered for “s/l sero or zero adjuvant” chemotherapy with FOLFOX regimen for 12 cycles in total. " My question is has anyone heard of a chemo regimen that sounds like zero or sero adjuvant chemo? The doc put it in quotes... Thanks ...

I have a cancer patient status post hx of ovarian cancer receiving chemo for the past year. She now has mets to the brain and is now status post craniectomy to remove the mets. Her 2 chemo meds are (this is a physical therapy student dictating this, so take it for what it's worth) are "Evastin" which I'm sure she means "Avastin" and something that sounds like "Euneritic" which I cannot find anywhere. Is there really such a thing as an AA degree in coding? Sounds odd to me. Health administration or management, or RHIT I can see, but coding? Is it not better to just become Certified even if you dont have an AA degree? ...

Wondering if there are any coders out there who can give me an idea of the fate of coding due to the EMR. Are there still coding jobs out there?
