Okay -- I think I've made my decision to not go back to my local community college after I finish ICD-9 fall semester. I just don't feel it is giving me what I need, and it is not preparing me to pass anything. Most of the students in my class are taking coding as just another class they have to pass so they can move on to something else. I am paying a lot of money because I'm out of state, and I don't feel like I'm getting value. I've never taken online classes and I'm worried . . . . I work full time and have a small child. Will I be able to do this? Is this really going to prepare me for the CPC and CCS? It this going to be mind blowingly difficult? I used to think I was fairly smart, but I find coding to be extremely difficult. And confusing. And frustrating. Will Andrews answer questions if I have them? Any input from people who have already gone through the program would be appreciated. I do believe it is a good program . . . I hope I'm not biting off more than I can chew.
