Does anyone have any NEW info on Transtech. All I see is from 2007, 2008. I would like to know about work volume, pay, and how much surveillance they employ in order to keep track of every little thing we do or don't do, or are you pretty much left to do your work in peace? ... thx

iMEDX. I was with TT and I loved it. No big Brother all the time. Since they were taken over by iMEDX, (I stayed), it has been wonderful. If I have mistakes they shoot an email to me about it and why it was wrong, etc. Nothing more, no threats. I like very much working for them.

I worked there for a few months, had 3 accounts, and I was constantly running out of work, yet they continued to always hire. I would spend at least half of my shifts sitting here waiting for work, and then I would always have to work on my days off just to get some lines. I finally got so sick of it and quit as soon as I got another job. If you need a decent, steady income, TransTech is not the place for you. They also just got bought out by IMedX a few months ago, so even more of a reason to avoid them.

worked there recently and it was one of the better MTSO experiences! lots of work if you are flexible with time, pretty much left alone as long as you work. 4.5 speech

I looked but do not really find much current info for this company. They "seem" pretty liget with basic line requirements, decent pay for VR, good benefits, ect. It isn't easy to get off some of the spam and phone call lists when you click for more information about some of these courses. Hi there fellow TT MTs:) Do any of you ever have trouble with QA at TT. Lately, I have been afraid to send anything in for correction, particularly 1 person, who dissects my reports down to crossing my Ts and dotting my Is. I know she is probably just doing her job well, and I know being in QA is a hard job, but this is getting depressing. I am not a newbie by any means, and I know my job well. I started a new thread because I noticed your question about TransTech waaaay down at the bottom of the page and with no responses yet, so here goes... In my personal experience, nothing has changed from the older posts. Even today, I have 4 accounts and I'm currently waiting for work to come into my queue. For some reason, the EditScript would not come up. So I got rid of satellite and had Verizon Wireless installed. So far this is working pretty good. Much better than satellite -- knock on wood.
