you bother testing. The HR person seems to send everyone tests even when they aren't hiring.

I believe you mean Terra Nova. You might not want to test with them since they are to common knowledge "overseas" (Canada)

Terra Nova has their head office in Newfoundland, Canada, and also an office in the US with clients and MTs in both Canada and the US. I have worked with them for over a year and they are a great company to work for.

I totally agree. It's just that some people here have a problem with Canadian MTs and services classifying them as "overseas". Again, I totally agree with you. I had only but good experience with TNT.
