Are any of you ST MTs even sadder than usual today?

Yep, got my review today. No vacation for me - sadMT

Yes, got mine too! Sad to say the least. !! Unachievable task to be able to get page count in when there is no work. Im so DONE!

Since our page counts determine our PTO rate, we are stuck with it for the rest of the year AND we have to use all days by the end of the year or we lose them!

and I don't even work for them. It sounds like they are are sons of biscuit eaters for sure. I really wish someone who does plaintiff-side employment law would review this. I think you all are getting, um, you know, without even so much as a kiss.

Oh boy! I agree with Nick and I don't work for this company either but I think too many of the high mucky-mucks are getting by with this uhhhhhh stuff. It is not your fault if there was not enough work to earn your PTO. I find that utterly ridiculous, crazy, insane and I am sure the high mucky-mucks are taking "their" vacations regardless. That just really stinks to high Heaven! We need a Barry Scheck for MTs.

When Marilyn would not even tell me what the cpl was for the account I was hired for (saying she was "too busy for this" and that everything would be explained in training), I knew that the red flags were waving. I didn't even bother to show up for training. If she couldn't tell me cpl ahead of time, I couldn't report for duty. Goes around, comes around, huh Marilyn?

I have been with Silent Type for a year now. I enjoy the fact we work M-F schedule and no weekends. I also enjoy the fact that we have good QA. I also enjoy the fact we get vacation and bonuses. I also enjoy the fact we are offered health insurance and 401-K. Girls don't forget these perks when you are complaining about the work being light. Is anyone getting work?? I am told there is plenty of work, but keep getting "no jobs available". If you are getting work, when do you get it?? I have flexed every way I know and still get no work.
