MTSO nonpayment list-TTD - unpaid
Posted: Sep 26, 2012
I am curious why The Transcription Doctors are not on the nonpayment list. I am owed money from them as are many others.

I am curious to know why they are even allowed to post job openings on this board after all of the complaints of nonpayment. Everyone should get together and file a class action lawsuit against them for nonpayment.

As of November 12 they are loosing more accounts supposedly due to low volume. I cant believe why anyone would still want to work for them. I am waiting for my last check and then deleting everything off me computer from them.
Interestingly, they have not posted for help - since the last group of non-pays.

They have ALWAYS advertised every 10 days or so for help. You could set your clock by the timing of their ads.
Unfortunately, after working with ATSI's CEO (David Shepherd), this MTSO still has not paid outstanding wages and/or contract debts to MTs and other MT-related staff.
Please note the new MTSO NonPayment List posted at the top of the Company board.
Posts discussing wage disputes with any MTSO that is currently on this list will not be removed.
If/when the wage debt(s) are satisified, the wage dispute guidelines for MTStars will be reinforced.

How does one go about collecting money from a small MTSO who still owes me $1,049 for transcription I had done for them? I quit working for them in May 2009 when I hadn't received payment. I sent them several e-mails and they did pay me some of the money owed me. Originally they owed me $2,049; paid me with one check for $500, then two more checks for $200 each, which were sent to me every few months in between. They kept telling me they would pay me off the com ...
I am still owed for work done in March. She says she cannot give a definite time as to when this money will be paid to us (I am not the only one she owes). As my bank account grows smaller, so does my level of patience. ...
Perhaps they should require that MTSOs to keep an escrow account with at least one month's payroll intact.
I keep hearing these horror stories of MTs not getting paid, what's going on out there? ...
*** breeched the contract by not paying. She is a thief. She stole your services and now refuses to pay for them. The client paid her...what makes her think she does not have to pay you? Contact the client, contact SGS and let them know what she did to you. Who cares if you breech the contract now. She is not responding, but I am sure the clients or SGS would respond. After all, if something is said about you breeching contract for contacting the clients or SGS...all you can say is that you ...
Anyone else have difficulty getting the money owed them by KS after they left the company? I even provided them with my documentation of production and now no one will return my calls/emails. ...
I have a signed contact with a company as of 3/15/2011 according to the contact payment for services is to be made within 5 business day of receipt of the invoices. I have done work for them, I have submitted my invoices to them for payment. My first invoice was dated 3/17/2011, payment was posted to my Paypal account and then canceled the day it was to be released. I continued to do work for her giving the benefit of the doubt but here is is almost a month later and I can' ...
This is just a warning message to hopefully prevent other MTs from going through my experience. ATSI still owes me three paychecks, which were repeatedly promised to be paid day after day, week after week, then we were informed they legally had to pay by August the 8th. Most of us have still not been paid. I just learned that David Shepherd and his wife, Terry, also control M T World. I am now employed elsewhere, but it will take months to undo the damage this company did ...
Is there is quick way to add commas between items in a list?
Of course, using Ctl K in front a word will change the punctuation, but it will also change a capitalized drug to lower case, and you will still have to get to the beginning of the next drug which will require 2 Ctl arrows and backspace.
Ctl arrow takes you to the beginning of the next word, but you will have to backspace to put in the comma.
Adding punctuation to lists is so time consuming! ...
Doc is dictating a med list so I have no clue what these meds are for:
s/l tri-hex-al fenadryl (or maybe senadryl) -- no dosage given. I'm not sure if this is one med or 2 separate meds. ...
I posted back in June as nervous about looking for a new job...well, I did it! I had a first and second interview at this hospital job, in-house, hourly, and I have just confirmed that I'm hired! Wow, it's been 15 years with various companies eaten up by M*Modal. I can't wait to start.
You know--I actually have felt my depression lifting. I hope it lasts. I realize that I've missed contact with the outside world. I don't need to be at ...
If you are filling out a job application and it asks you what your last pay was at your last job, what do you put if Nuance is your last job? How do you write that? Just put 7 cpl? If you put starting pay and then ending pay, isnt that going to look terrible on you? Like they lowered YOUR pay so much as compared to when you started. For you all putting out applications how are you handling that especially when they give no room for explanation on their apps? Thanks ...
I'm having trouble with the format of this psych consult. Under the DIAGNOSIS heading, the dictator lists the Axes as follows:
Axis I: Adjustment disorder with anxiety, moderate in degree.
Then he says, "new paragraph" but continues on with Axis I to say "Psychogenic amnesia."
Then he says, "new paragraph" again and goes on with Axes II thru V. Should I really skip to the next line even though he's still on Axis I or just make it a new sentence and keep it on the same li ...
The list was fun, but what do you think? Should I delete it all to keep the moderators from having to do it? I hope I didn't break too many rules or go too far.
Moderators, please feel free to delete it and I will behave myself in the future. Just had a little too much time on my hands today, which is very rare, and had some fun. ...
This was sent to me by a friend who found it on the internet --- read on.
ONE LIGHT BULB AT A TIME
> A physics teacher in high school, once told the students that while one grasshopper on the railroad tracks wouldn't slow a train very much, a billion of them would. With that thought in mind, read the following, obviously written by a good American .

I am doing a report where the family is unable to take care of the patient at home so the hospital placed her on some kind of call list? Cannot understand what kind of list. ...

You know, I was reading the list on job seeker's board and, on some of them, I just want to email them and say, "Really? For all that work? You are going to pay 0.07 a line?" Are you for real? I am going to start to tell these companies exactly what I think of them, since they won't hire me anyway. :) ...
