Has anyone ever gotten a pay check from Transcend that was correct? - New here

Since they implemented this new payroll or timecard system, I have not had a check that was correct from Transcend. Something is always missing or wrong. Payroll will not answer e-mails nor the telephone, so not sure who you contact after this. Maybe they are having financial problems and the only way they can get around it is to short pay us, even for 15 days or so, so they have a little extra cash in the bank.

From what I remember with the new time sheet system you only documented your hours - not lines, but maybe each platform you work on is different. I worked on BeyondTXT. The new time system automatically calculated your line count for you if you were on the BeyondTXT platform. With that said, I would always check the MLS web site to see what my line count was and it always corresponded with the automated lines put into the time sheet system. So if the system automatically calculated your lines it would have nothing to do with the hours you entered. On the other hand a red flag would go up for the proficiency person if your daily line count did not correspond with the hours you entered. I never had any discrepancy in my paycheck - so I guess that is one of the few positives I can say about Transcend - LOL.

We always get a chance to look over the lines imported and notify our TL if there is something wrong prior to them being signed off and sent to payroll.

I have been wondering when we all see our last paycheck from Transcend/MDI. I remember a few years back when I started working for them and they withheld pay when I was a newbie (I can't remember if it was 1 or 2 weeks). I find it interesting that no one has mentioned when we will get that paycheck, if and or when we will be getting it. Don't we have a right to that pay they withheld? I sent in a report with 2 blanks because of a discrepancy. When I got the feedback, every single time I typed "diabetes type 2" as was dictated, it was corrected to "non-insulin-dependent diabetes type 2."
