Any information on Synernet? do they have work? how is the pay? are the bonuses good? they state they pay differential for the night shift. Thanks.

To answer your questions, yes they have lots of work. The pay is 7 cpl. Not sure what you mean by bonuses, but the incentives are almost impossible to reach; I have never got there and I don't know anyone else who has either. The differential for 3rd shift is $2 per hour but only if you meet the miniumum per pay period which is 175 lines per hour. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask or email me.

It all depends on what account you are given as far as there being work. Some accounts are very over staffed, just so they can meet their unrealistic TATs.

Bonuses? Never heard of such a thing was there for 4 years.

Yes, it is 175 lines per hour straight typing. the incentive is something like 275 lines an hour will get you a 1/4 to a 1/2 cent more. I don't pay much attention to it because it will never happen for me.

I have an interview with them coming up. They seem like they have a good reputation and the benefits look really good. One thing I am wondering about them is just how flexible are the schedules? First the dire email: Mandatory OT by end of week with at least 2 hours on Saturday. Just forget if you had plans for the weekend. Say what time you will be working and have to work those hours and put who okay'd those hours on your timesheet (you might lie you know). Anyone out there working for Synernet who has also worked for other companies? I was an IC before joining Synernet a few years ago.
