I accepted a job wtih Alliance Transcription last week and got all my paperwork completed earlier this week. I have not heard back from them since. I have emailed the lady who hired me, didn't hear back, and was not able to get hold of her by telephone either. Does anyone know if they have been affected by the hurricane that moved through Houston? Should I be worried?

There was a tropical depression that Houston got a little rain and flooding from, but that is all.

I wasn't trying to be rude if that is the way you took it. Your reply seemed a little sarcastic. I was just saying there wasn't a hurricane or any severe weather that hit the Houston area. It hit way southwest of Houston and went north. Houston got a little rain. I thought that is all you were asking. You probably should be worried. MTSOs act like they are going to hire someone, and then they change their mind for whatever reason.

I worked for them for a bit over a month. During that period of time, I was involved in a move, and they required a VPN, as did the other company that I was working for at the time.
