This doctor always has category for SPECIAL TESTS, which often include Babinski, DTRs, Homans, etc. Today's SPECIAL TEST is that patient has positive s/l Sowers-Gold, Somers-Gold, Summers-Gold test. Is there anyone out that that has a copy of Sylcount Gold line counting software that they are selling. I have upgraded to a new computer, but my original software was on a floppy disc, which I do not have on a new computer, and the software company is now out of business anyway. I cannot get the software to give me totals except in tab delineation, and then I only get totals for each report, not the total sum, which I have to count manually. Medical Transcription just keeps going downhill. They expect more and pay less. I work for Accentus now and actually love my account and got my pay up to 5 cents for SR and 9 cents for transcription, but I have to work 10 hours a day just to make ends meet. They pay based on how many lines you type per hour so it can change every pay period. It's better than what I had at Transcend. The only thing is that my supervisor is a narcissist, very mean, tears you down ...
