This was the exact reason MTstars was created. Too many wannabe people thought of wanting to be an Entrepeneur and yet have no personality skills, let alone sanity. Worked with so many in this field who were difficult to deal with and these hospitals were happy they could get rid of the departments along with the headaches these women brought to the workforce. We all have encountered this type of personality and have found out the hard way because we enjoyed the work and felt we could endure "some" abuse. Guess we needed to experience that which was a life-changing experience only to find out the truth first hand. It is a job that so much was in need of a union. It is all about injustice in the workforce and no fix in sight. All now offshored and yet healthcare is even further in the gutter with no end in sight.
