Hmmn, this post sounds a lot like the owners? There reasonable expectations for documents, and there's is the extreme over the top like this company. The transcriptionist is not responsible if the doctor dictates medications or lab results wrong. The doctor is supposed to read the report. Even if you have been in transcription 53 years, you aren't a doctor. either am I. Every report I read, even the ones people at Integrity type, there are always errors. Always. that's why they had the accuracy standards, which are never 100%, or shouldn't be. 97% was reaonable.
