I never could figure this situation out. Someone said something about them trying to get you to buy a laptop or something but it seemed to me like the IT problems were genuine and that they really wanted to get you going, so it would seem to me the whole thing was a waste of their time too and maybe not a scam. Maybe they're just very disorganized. I hope by now they got their software issues taken care of. All that stuff about needing Internet Explorer and all, that's just very, very out of date.
