Yup, same as everyone else. I couldn't get anything to work properly on my system. They use Bayscribe for the audio files and then transcribe in Epic. Epic was what I had the most problems with. So many of the functionalities wouldn't work. I tried to get this running on both my desktop PC as well as my laptop and had the same issues on both. They also mentioned to me purchasing a laptop from them on a "rent to own" basis, with payments coming out of each check. I told them that I already have more than one computer of my own and that I really didn't want to do that. Yes, the reports are tiny. At one point, I did over 20 reports and made less than $5. So not worth it! I think this is probably why they are always looking for help - they can't keep people.
