I’m not a cheerleader. In fact, I’m retired and worked at a non-MT job for several years after being outsourced. I do work part-time now, but it is also non-MT work. I wasn’t “ranting” and I didn’t say whether my job was good or bad; all I said was that I worked on site and that management took the same approach regarding errors as stated by the OP. If anyone was ranting, it was you. I’m not responsible for you being miserable at your job, so channel your anger elsewhere, or quit and do something else.
