If you really have your mind set on transcription, look into legal work. That may make decent money, but with your nursing job schedule that may not work out well for you with their sometimes strict deadlines. and if you have to pick and choose only what works for you, you may not get good projects that pay well.
This is also NOT as easy as you may think it is.
I, along with many others, have 30+ years of experience in medical transcription and we're looking to get out because this once respected career has gone down the toilet. There may be a few good positions but they are very far and few between and the experienced people will always be hired first.
