Benedetto: I worked for TTS, and Linda Kelly, I agree, was the biggest bitch going. She also has no idea what is going on although she pretends she does. Any time she had something to say it was in an unprofessional email, full of sarcasm and how awful your work is, threats, etc. I ended up telling her to go F... Off after about 2 months.
