Couple fact checks:

*The name you listed is not the owner of Precision.
*They pay the same bad line rate as everyone else, but you know that going in, so no issue there.
*If you don't turn in an invoice on time, then of course you don't get paid on time. It's your responsibility as an IC to turn in an invoice. Pretty basic requirement for IC status.
