Oh, that's a good idea. I didn't even think of doing that. My audio driver was just updated on my Dell laptop for another audio issue and the issue was corrected. I will absolutely update the audio driver and see if that works. It could be just that simple. I've had the worst luck with Dell computers, audio issues from the start on my desktop; and on my laptop, from the start, audio issues and adapter issues as well. I will never buy a Dell computer again. Thank you!!!
