I wish I would have had the incentive a long time ago. If I had to pay, I'd be inclined to have greater accuracy. End of story. You don't like it? Then work for another company or find a job that makes you happy. Trying to offer an uplifting message, something positive is clearly unacceptable for most since some enjoy misery. Life is too short for that. If you enter any job with a bad attitude, you will not last long at any position. Find what makes you happy and if MT work makes you this miserable, then move on, find something more suitable.
