previously was IC so I know that for a fact. Yes, you pay your own taxes though. Aquity no longer offers PTO or other benefits as they let most full-time employees go just for that reason. There may be a few left but not many. I wouldn't want to switch back and forth as Aquity no longer has any work. It is all going to the IC and/or India
