All MTs who are employees should file for partial unemployment, perhaps that would get this rotten company off the stick and do the right thing.
If you want IC work, look at another company and get away from this one. How in the world can you stand to stay there? Most of the companies who use Fluency have the work you are probably used to anyway.
Force their hand, file today!
