8 cents per line - anon from above

Many years ago, there was a rule set up here that for straight typing positions, the MTSO had to pay at LEAST 8 cpl, that is why this was mentioned. I worked for/knew of at least 2 MTSOs that needed help, but could not post on here because both of them started out at 7 cpl.

Right now, currently making 8 cpl at one job and 7.5 with another both for services.
