I retired from MT reluctantly a few years back. I finally bit the bullet and chose a supplemental insurance with my Medicare. The name of the insurance is wait for it, wait for it--- Humana! Every one of their customer service representatives I have ever dealt with over the phone has been outstanding. I was thinking that they had received good training and that maybe I could work for their company and do what they do. After all, how hard could it be learning just one set of account specifics! But now I wonder if every aspect of Humana is moving to India. I would really hate to see that!
