the coding, but here you have it. I worked for a huge hospital years ago whose people said forever that the MT department would NEVER go to speech wreck, the doctors wouldnt stand for it.
There it went. Doctors didn't have as much to say about it as all the people claimed.
Never, EVER say your job wont be outsourced if it can be done online. You have no idea, and no say, in what the company owners decide to do. If it saves the company money, they dont care how many people it screws over.
