Text expanders

I have not worked in transcription for a few years and am now getting back into it part time. I am getting a Windows 10 laptop and the job and a recent version of Word. This is a straight transcription job typing in a Word document. I used to use Instant Text and loved it but no longer have it.

Does anyone know of a text expander that will work on Windows 10 and a newer version of Word? I am aware of autocorrect in Word, but with that I would have to start and build up glossaries from scratch. I would love to find one like Instant Text that already has medical terms and drug names built in.
