Before you work for a legal transcription company, you might want to ask if they use digital reporters. If they do, you should be paid more because you're typing the entire transcript, and they're going to charge the clients big bucks for it.
Also ask if they only hire CRs who are certified either by state or national certification. Some states don't require any cert to do depos, so they may not even have the speed or skill to be working as a CR.
