TTCI - Pay rate

I worked for TTCI, but it has been about five years since I quit. At that time, we were paid 4 cpl, with 2 cpl for qualified lines.

There was never mention of what the client pays nor about QA deductions.

You should contact the owner immediately and get that straightened out.
