I don't remember talking about a cpl rate at all. I was just happy to get a job. The only thing paperwork says is "Fees: In consideration for the services provided by the Contractor under this agreement, The Transcription Center, Inc. shall compensate Contractor at a rate to be determined by client assignments. A line is considered to be 65 characters.
