Could not have said it better myself. I have also done some research and it appears even attempt at legal ramifications, including contact with the Attorney General's office and contact with lawyers who specialize in Employment Law -- appears to be an expensive strategy to take legal action in order to receive compensation owed to former OVD staff and MTs. And, even if a Judgment is granted, they will probably avoid payment in either case.
