This whole OVD downfall is beyond devastating for those who worked and never got paid. However, the reality is that the OVD owner was paid by AQuity. I was one of the "lucky" to speak with him during the week of the OVD shutdown and verified (fact checked) this information. Yes, he was paid by AQuity, but did not pay those whose labor and hard work produced this income paid to him -- and he has refused to pay the MT and staff -- but instead acted like a coward and shut down the entire company, right at the beginning of the New Year and right at the start of tax season. Coincidence? What a coward!!
Definitely appears to be a case of Wage Theft without a shadow of doubt!!
Just know, the OVD owner will not get away with this Crime
