No big deal to learn one program versus another. Other than that, I don't know what has changed. Dictation is the same, new words here and there and easier to figure those out with the internet now. Oh, are you referring to the companies that don't want to type everthing that's being said, type in some sort of shorthand because the physicians don't want to pay for all the characters that come with the dictation? I don't get this post. Start learning. The only change is I went from an employee to an IC, have no benefits and lower pay! Working more hours for a piece of nothing. That's what needs to change.
