My pay is always on time and right to the penny. They have offered numerous incentives on the accounts I work (primarily ortho, but a few others, as well). I have as much work as I want. They do not nit pick, no FIESA crap. My supervisor has been very polite and professional with me. They immediately responded when I applied (about 2-2 1/2 years ago).
I never work a weekend or a holiday. Maybe the ones complaining about how awful this company is had a poor work ethic or couldn't cut it. Seems it's the same nasty poster(s) on here complaining all the time about many companies. Now that hateful troll will call me a suit.
Where I found them lacking was in the training process and some of the spec acct details. It was somewhat limited. I very seldom need the QA because I get the same docs over and over, and there is a vast archive of past records if I need something.
Flame away hateful troll. Your inability to work well with others opens up the doors for the rest of us that are capable and willing.
