I have applied at Phoenix whatever their name is three times, never to hear back and I did so the first time because someone posted a good review about them. Yeah right. I don't bother ever checking the Job Seekers Board. I look on other sites or locally.
Even though some of the same companies that advertise here are using Indeed, I would rather check there than here. Again, these companies are not to be believed. They advertise, then you apply, and no reply or some BS excuse and I will not test. Been burned too many times on that nonsense. Like the saying goes, buyer beware!
