Be grateful that you never heard back from them. I worked for Phoenix for about 4 years. All was fine until the very end, when we lost the huge ER account that I had been working on since the day I was hired. I never had to deal with management because it was one of those accounts that pretty much ran itself, but once we lost that account, I found out just how vile, petty, and unprofessional management was. They are vindictive and impossible to work for. This is definitely a company to avoid.
